WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All items are made to order therefore the fulfilment time varies depending on the order. Fulfilment is normally between 1-3 business days. After it’s been fulfilled it’s then shipped to you. Don't worry, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on it’s way! Please bear in mind the total fulfilment and shipping time when ordering - especially if ordering for a gift.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PERSONALISED/CUSTOM ORDER TO SHIP?
I personally design every item so personalised prints and custom orders are subject to design, printing and timelines. I’ll always aim to do my best to meet your deadlines but please make sure you provide any timeframes you have when first contacting me about your piece. That way we can make the magic happen!
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email letting you know that’s it’s on it’s way to you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT?
If there seems to be a delay with your items arriving when expected then please let me know by using the contact page. I’ll do my best to get to the bottom of the issue for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Sorry, but I don’t accept returns for unwanted items. I do however offer full refunds for any items which may have been misprinted, have arrived damaged due to postal problems or which have gotten lost in the post. Although I try ensure this does not happen, unfortunately sometimes it does. If that is the case then you have an option of a full refund or a redelivery of your order at no extra cost.
ARE PERSONALISED ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
Any made to order personalised items are not eligible for returns - sorry! Once the design of is signed off by you, they are final.
